Creating your own soap is quite simple, and you have complete control over what goes into the soap. The selection of high-quality goods is crucial. Follow along as we walk you through making your own soap step by step!
Ingredients (2-3 small soaps, 40min):
– 200g glycerin-based soap base
– 20g of any dried flower/herb
– 1 tsp essential oil of your choice
– 1 tsp powdering powder
– Soap form
Try this:
1. Simmer the powder, herbs, and essential oil for 15 minutes while stirring gently.
2. To melt the soap base until it liquefies, use a small heatproof pot enclosed in a bath of boiling water. Stir under supervision and take care not to tip over and spill the pulp into the boiling water.
3. Stir the mixture into the melted soap base to create a batter that is equally distributed.
4. After adding the ingredients to the soap mold, allow cooling.
5. Remove the soap from the mold and wrap it in materials like parchment paper or plastic wrap. For guaranteed strength, place it in the refrigerator overnight.
