What is Aromatherapy?
Aromatherapy is a holistic healing practice that uses natural plant extracts and essential oils to promote physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
How do you use aromatherapy?
Aromatherapy can be used by inhaling essential oils, applying them topically, or using them in diffusers, candles, or other products to promote relaxation, relieve stress, and support overall health and well-being.
DELIVERY
Do you ship from Sweden?
Yes, all our packages are sent from Sweden with Postnord.
Can I order from the UK?
Currently, we offer shipping to the UK for orders of up to 2 kilograms to avoid potential import fees; if you require a larger order, we recommend splitting it into smaller shipments. We handle all necessary export documentation, but please note that while we strive for timely delivery, we cannot guarantee it due to potential customs delays following the UK’s exit from the EU. Our shipping partner, Postnord, also has limited control over such delays.
Can I change the address where my order will be delivered?
When placing an order or creating an account, you can indicate the desired delivery address as an option.
Do you send packages to mailboxes directly?
Yes, if you choose the home delivery or agent option, your package will be delivered to your mailbox; in some cases, Postnord may determine that direct delivery to the mailbox is not possible, but they will still attempt to deliver it to the nearest agent.
Can I track the package?
Certainly, we will send an email to the recipient with a tracking number once the package has been dispatched.
Can I come and collect the package from you?
No.
ORDERING
Do you have an age limit?
No.
Do you offer refunds?
Within 14 days of making the purchase, you have the option to send back the product and get a full refund of the product. The packaging must remain sealed, though.
Can I cancel a purchase?
Certainly, get in touch with our customer service as soon as possible.
PAYMENT
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payments through bank transfer. Please email us if you want to pay with an invoice.
